Hi There,

We are a Gravure Printing Press located in Lahore, Pakistan.
We need aluminium foil for our unit in Pakistan.
We are interested in below Aluminium products. If your company produce these items then please provide us your best prices CFR Karachi port.

We are usually buying this material from local market in Pakistan but now we decide to import directly. Since our consumption is increasing.
Our monthly requirement is 30 to 35 Tons but for first time we will order only 10 Tons. And if everything work out well then we have monthly 30 to 35 Tons order minimum.

ALL THE FOILS ARE FOR GRAVURE PRINTING. WE DONT NEED PURE ALUMINIUM FOILS. WE NEED ALUMINIUM FOILS READY FOR GRAVURE PRINTING.
We wasted a lot of time dealing with companies who produce only PURE ALUMINIUM FOILS. So please contact us if you provide ready to print product.

1. Aluminium Foil -
Material : Pure Aluminium with coated OP and VC heat seal lacquer 2 - 3 gsm Reel
Thickness : 7 - 9 Micron
Reel Width : 440mm (minimum) or more
ID : 76 mm or 152mm
Additional Information : Alloy & Temper should be suitable for Gravure printing & HEAT SEALABLE.
Quantity : 5 �" 8 Tons per month (Approximately)

2. Blister Pack Foil - Food Grade & Pharmaceutical Grade
Material : Pure Aluminium with coated OP and VC heat seal lacquer 2- 3 gsm
Thickness : 20 Micron
Reel Width : 120mm (minimum) or more
ID : 76mm or 152mm
Additional Information : Alloy & Temper should be suitable for Gravure printing & HEAT SEALABLE.

3. Cold Forming Alu Alu Foil - Pharmaceutical Grade
Material : OPA/AL/PVC
Thickness : 150 Micron for Capsule bubble packing
Reel Width : 140mm (minimum) or more
ID : 76mm or 152mm​
Additional Information : Alloy & Temper should be suitable for Gravure printing & HEAT SEALABLE.
